Pete Tong

We woke quite early this morning and my time was spent ironing my clothes ready for Eilat tomorrow, then it was time for a quick trip to The Grand Canyon to collect some things before we leave.

Bags packed in the afternoon, and we are ready to rock, the taxi is collecting us at 6.30 am to take us to Tel Aviv, then its gonna be sun, sun, sun for the next 6 days, just the two of us, no work, no interruptions and I can't wait, apparently the temperature will be a very cosy 45 degrees.................. but with a lot less humidity than Haifa, the humidity is what kills you, just walking to the car was a chore today, and trying to clean the windows was a killer, not that I'm complaining, just stating a point.

After supper we decided to pop up the shops, bad move, I don't know why but early evening shopping trips always seem to lead to late nights fuelled by alcohol, HaBank was our destination for a change and the vino flowed, we were joined later by the motley crew, and everything went Pete Tong, so much so that I had to hold My Beloved by the collar going down the street to the house, he was a touch like an epileptic on sticks, but I have to say I wasn't much better, just slightly, but fit enough to get My Beloved home in one piece despite his best efforts.
