MIB III

I took myself off to the gym and having finished 50 Shades I have downloaded a new book, a gentle but amusing book called Confessions of a GP, unfortunately I nearly fell of the bike I was pedalling as this newly appointed hospital doctor tried and failed to resuscitate a patient, but managed to shock himself with his defib.....

Whilst I was walking home I decided to get My Beloved a Bruno's pizza for his lunch, and although tempting I resisted the urge for my own slice, so for my lunch it was Tuna and onion with extra onion, no bread just a little salad to set it off.

My Beloved presented me with flowers, having managed to walk up the road on one crutch and carry them home again without falling on his face. They were beautiful and now sit in my lovely vase on the breakfast counter, I will never make a florist as I can't get to grips with organising the vase, I'm kind of a throw it and see girl.

We decided that we would take ourselves off to the cinema for a little bit of MIB, we arrived early and bought our tickets, then headed out for a coffee before the film started, My Beloved was talked into an Iced coffee with pecans by the young waitress, and I have to say having conned him into giving me a taste, it was delicious, Iced coffee with chunks of pecan who would have thought, think he will be ordering that again. Then it was time for our film, the crowd in the cinema was small but noisy, three girls in front of us wouldn't stop chattering, I would have thrown my popcorn at them, but luckily for me the gentleman across the aisle shouted across at them and the chatter stopped, I love the Israeli's they are not shy, but come to heal very quickly when shouted at, god love him, whoever he was.

The rest of our film was watched in relative silence, with interspersed laughter, damn that man is hot, when I come back after I'm dead I want to come back as his loofah..........

We left the cinema just after seven, although I was itching to shop for shoes, I had my lenses in and driving at night would be hazardous to our health, especially on these roads, I swear to god I'm gonna kill a moped driver soon, his pizza boxes will be mashed into the ground, these guys a crackers, weaving in and out of traffic, driving on pavements and paying no heed to road signs.

We arrived home and decided to deliver Darren's lemon juice personally to the Dan Panorama, obviously we found Andre and Darren at the bar so were forced into drinking a little vino collapso, well it would be rude not too.... our evening was spent drinking around the pool of the Dan, and chatting about how best to right the world of oil and gas, I'm not sure we came up with any definite plans, well other than we will be going out to dinner tomorrow night, well it will be my birthday after all, its not every day your 49, and I am refusing to be 50 next year, I am going to stay 49 forever, if its good enough for Peter Pan its good enough for Bina Mather.

We made our way home using all the back alleys! but not before stopping at Zesty's for some late night snacks, sitting outside after midnight and it still being hot, nope I don't miss the UK, just my lovely friends and family.
