Scottish Weather

Sooo tired My Beloved was up at 6.00 am ready to start his working day, I do remember him kissing me goodbye but then the lids fell shut and I was pushing up zzz's again.  This housewife malarkey is hard work.



Had a bit of a falling out with my good friend Google when it decided to change all my settings to Hebrew, that's ok if you read Hebrew, but this Lady is not that clever yet! crash course needed me thinks.

Eventually got out of bed and made myself presentable, it isn't easy in a room with a view and no space.  Apparently it's winter here just now and the winter settings are on, now I remember My Beloved mentioning this to me on his last trip, I now understand why he asked reception for a fan in his room.  I am sweltered, air con is set to heat and not cool, but considering the weather here is like a summers day in Scotland and I'm a touch warmer than I should be in winter, but I'm not moaning, I'm adjusting....... Now the storm that was predicted arrived sometime through the night, and I do remember hearing a roll of thunder when My Beloved got our of bed, I just presumed it was his belly rumbling because it was now on a diet. I think maybe I have to look up the definition of a storm, because maybe here it's the local term for 'a lovely day in Scotland'.



I took myself out for a wander and even managed to get out 500 from the bank, I have no idea what this would be in the Uk, but I'm feeling rather flush, I still have my Shekels from My Mother-in-Law burning a hole in my pocket, but I'm gonna wait till I find something I really, really want, maybe coffee, cake and a Vino de Plonko. I have managed to buy a jar of coffee, and a lovely tub of spinach, yummy..............did I mention the diet starts today.  The man in the camera shop confused me, so I just handed over my purse and said take what you need I want this. Four batteries later, and I still can't get used to getting coins back when I give a 20 note, its gonna be a while before I work the currency out, it is not that the currency is difficult, its just difficult for me.



I did try and buy a micro sim for my iphone, but seeing as I don't know what I want, and the man didn't know what I needed we called it a truce and I left it for another day.



I have just had another google moment, he and I are gonna come to blows, I didn't ask him to change my whereabouts, so when I'm not where I'm meant to be he deactivates my account, WHAT IS OCCURING......
