Over Eating Over Here

So the late afternoon was spent sorting out the Hotel room, randomly sorting problems for Natalie on her iphone, I was working from mine in English to figure out her phone in Hebrew and between us we managed very well, and then waiting for My Beloved to come home to me. When he arrived we spoke with Natalie and she arranged our reservation at Japanika, wooohooo loving the Sushi, we were booked for 6.30 pm, enough time for a shower and change and off for stroll up the road.

This time we had a starter and we chose Tempura Shrimp and something else beginning with N, they were both lush, and we followed it up with a Couples Combination, which was made up of 22 pieces of sushi, ranging from fish on rice, fish wrapped in rice and surrounded by seaweed, and veg surround by rice and wrapped in seaweed. My Beloved had already started the meal by saying 'I don't feel too hungry tonight', LOSER lol. When we finished and our plates were cleared, the waitress came over and said that compliments of the management we were being offered Dessert, ODG one Chocolate Fudge cake to die for and one Chocolate Nut Mousse which melted on your tongue. Once again I have been scuppered by a waitress, so now I can't get my once a week treat on Friday, I will have to wait till a week on Friday now.  This place is going to be a nightmare, the desserts and cakes are amazing, it reminds me of being in London, the meals all come with bread, and when you get a bread with your starter, you get another one with your main course, I am now learning that I have to say NO BREAD PLEASE, because we are not just talking about a slice of bread, these can range in size from a whole ciabata to a whole loaf, no slices here.

We rolled ourselves back to the hotel, neither of us able to walk, even the rolling was done slowly, luckily for us the hotel is downhill from Japanika, on arrival at the hotel it was straight up to the Business lounge and facetime with Lou Lou. Airmail address organised, now to see how long the mail takes to get from the UK to Haifa, watch this space.

Natalie was on the computer looking for houses for us and showed us quite a few in the areas that we like, so emails were sent and questions asked, we now await a reply and hopefully the go ahead.

Once again Mrs Brown was our bed partner, Dermot and Marie's Wedding, what a funny episode, Dermot went in the cupboard and refused to come out, Rory has been given a book called 'Homosexuality and Me', and Cathy is still manless, obviously that was some of the cleaner moments in the show.

Morning time again, and although I felt fine, my shower took an age, and My Beloved left for breakfast before me, now I was slightly niggled at the time, but when I eventually managed to sort myself into a state fit for human contact, I was so late that My Beloved had finished but thankfully he had squished me a Grapefruit, and that stuff is guaranteed to wake the dead. So we chatted over coffee then said goodbye for another day.

I took myself back to our room and decided I had better catch up on some washing, now we do have room service but I refuse to put my smalls to the Laundry, my smalls maybe smaller than some, and larger than others, but I like them just the way they are, and I refuse to put them to the laundry in case they come back the wrong size, that would be a disaster, and obviously cost My Beloved a serious amount of shekels and even worse earache.

Today I'm blogging early, not because I'm premature like the last two blogs, but I'm trying to bring it in line with the start and end of the day.
