Blown Away

This morning I was up bright and breezy, I can't say the eye balls look any better, but I certainly feel it , I was  up and out the room by 7.30 ready for breakfast, wahay the Cappuccino machine is fixed, so I got my fix, then it was up to the lounge to blog, Amy came in later and we decided that seeing as it was such a bad day we would go to the Haifa Mall.

We ordered a taxi, and just getting in the car was a challenge, the wind and the rain are particularly vicious today, and our taxi driver was one of those impatient types, honking his horn to warn every one 'I coming through'. We arrived at the Mall in one piece and set about finding the things we needed, I needed body butter, I can't decide if its the water, the soap powder or a combination of the two, but both myself and My Beloved are really struggling with the dry skin issue, it could even be the starch in the sheets, who would know, but what I do know, I'm gonna be slapping the butter on to get it under control.

We walked around the Mall and it appears Amy is as bad as me for kitchen utensils, and implements, so we had a nice browse around the shops looking at all the fancies for the kitchen. I also found one of the water filtration machines I like, Ruthie my new neighbour has one, and I am now on a mission to find the prices, the shop just passes your number to the company and they call you but me I want to check them out myself before I get bombarded with calls.

We took a taxi back to the hotel then said our goodbyes, I was almost back at the room when I received a call, I was late for Petroneyla, I had to leg it up the road toot sweet, and almost 2 hours later, I have beautiful new nails. They are so pretty all purple with a gold line across the end and one finger funky.

I stopped at the Dan Panorama on the way back to the hotel and got shown around the gym, and studios, I also picked up a price list, which also includes the pool, just gotta pluck up the courage to go to a class in Hebrew, but I'm working on that too, tomorrow is my scheduled appointment with Berlitz, lets see if they cancel again............... I picked up some stilton on the way home, I bought it in the wine shop, of course I did, where else would you expect to find stilton. I ate my stilton with an apple in the business lounge and caught up with facebook and mails.

My Beloved arrived back early as the net was out at the port, but he looked awful, he isn't very well he has a cold, which soon turned into bird flu, followed swiftly by Man flu, then ended up as that dreadful condition SWINE FLU....We met Byron in reception, he hadn't been able to do any work all day due to the weather, there was pieces of roofing flying around the port, and yesterday he was warned just in time to jump out of the way of some flying weapon. After My Beloved had tried on numerous occasions to get into his Swaco account he gave up, and went for a bath in the hope of getting rid of the pig, only to get a call from Razvan telling him the roof to his new office had blown off, My Beloved nearly drowned, but Razvan had the last laugh, he had only phoned to get a shot of the GPS, the night shift can't go into the port because of the danger of being decapitated by flying objects, Razvan's sense of humour is getting worse, but I'm sure My Beloved will get him back, and soon.

I watched NCIS on the computer curtesy of Mr. Wilson, and My Beloved tried once again to get into his accounts, I think we must have been sleeping by 8.30.
