Shampoo

This morning waking up was a little tricky, I still managed to drag my backside out of bed by 7.30 but it was slowly.  Showered and dressed I took myself to breakfast, then went to the Business lounge where Natalie was working, she has offered to take me to get hair products as everything is in Hebrew, so today is the day, we walked up the street, and Superpharmacy was our destination,  she helped me find what I was needing, and a few other things I didn't need but they were a bargain.

Something I have been asked in a few shops here, 'One payment?' I had no idea what the person was speaking about, it happened again and Natalie explained that this is how they manage in Israel, they buy their needs, and then spread the payments, it is usual to do this for most things that they buy. I don't think this would actually work with my card, its not Israeli.

Next stop was an introduction to my new hairdresser Leo, well I think that is what his name is, unfortunately he was away for a coffee when we went in, but at least I know where he is, or at least where he should be.

Back to the Hotel and finish blogging before I set forth on another adventure, I was completely undecided about where to go today, My Beloved is needing a USB hub as his new computer only has one port, so if he plugs in his mouse he can't plug anything else in. So I would need to be in a shopping centre today, I settled on Check Point, and Cinemall. The 131, 132, and 133 all take me there so I just had to get myself to the right bus stop, simples. 6.60 shekels and I'm on my way, down through Hadar, and over to Check point. I mooched around the shops had a spot of lunch and a lovely facetime with the Demonic one and my beautiful Grand Daughter. we chatted for about 30 minutes, I even got a tour of the house, and Ale Aim chatted about her painting of a Tornado, and do I know her Daddy works on Tornado's, sometimes through the day, and sometimes at night, ah the innocence of childhood.

Lunch today was a Sweet Potato salad, and it was once again lush, it had nuts and fruit in it too, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. From here I took myself for more window shopping, well until I found a pair of shoes in the sale, they were 40 shekels and irresistible, so I didn't, I gave in to the urge and bought them. £6.78 for a pair or gorgeous wedged shoes with lovely little ankle straps. Such a bargain I nearly bought the black pair too, but I held back. Oh yeah and I remembered to get My Beloved his USB hub too.

I decided to take a walk outside the mall, there are shops all over check point, some are well hidden, well that is until you turn a corner, hallelujah your in shoppers paradise. Trouble was this centre has a huge road running through the middle, I decided to walk up the street to the next zebra crossing, it didn't materialise, so I had to walk back, it was ok the weather was great so it wasn't a chore. I got myself back to the zebra, i crossed over and found some more shops to look around.

When it was time to leave I headed back to the bus station, it took me a while to find the right bus stop, but 132 jumped into my line of vision, I waited and when the bus arrived on I popped and headed back up the Mountain to The Crowne.

When My Beloved got home we decided that Thursday is the new Friday and the wine was calling, we washed the first bottle down with Sushi in Japanika, we were half way through when one of the staff bought over a shot for us to toast good health and happiness, Van Gough Double esspresso shot, oh if was lush, the second bottle of wine and possibly the third were taken in the wine bar 107, we were presented with a dessert just for a change by the lovely bar man, we know we went home because we woke in our own room, but neither of us have much recollection of getting home, ahhhh you have to love the grape. Well you do don't you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
