One should always prepare ones stomach for alcohol

I woke with My Beloved and kissed him off to work, then set about the devastation that had been dropped on the patio and balcony, this wasn't in the brochure, I'm sure I would have noticed, the finest of sand that covered the floors was sprinkled everywhere, in piles across the floor over the table and chairs and the sun beds, the flowers hadn't escaped either, the pretty colours were dulled by the dust, so hose on and once again I was clearing up after the night before.

Celia called it's her birthday today so we have arranged to meet up for lunch, Natalie then called the document I have to help translate won't be ready now until early next week, so we changed our work day, Natalie then helped me with a bus to get straight to the beach by a route I haven't tried, then we said goodbye.

I walked up to the Carmel centre and looked around the flower shop for a bouquet for Celia, I found one that was freshly made, and beautiful, then I headed for the bus.  I was waiting for the bus with the flowers in hand, damn those things were heavy, when the bus arrived I jumped up ready to pay the driver, and just happened to look around and who was smiling at me but Natalie, how funny that she should be on the bus I was asking about, maybe she is my new stalker, we chatted and I told her off for getting the bus home as she could have walked, but having only a couples of hours between her shifts and dogs to walk, post offices to visit I let her off.

The No 3 bus dropped me right across the road from the Leonardo apartments, I walked over the bridge and took the elevator to Celia's apartment, she loved her flowers and even managed to improvise with a plastic container and flower wrapping to make a vase. Unfortunately Celia seems to have taken an allergy to the dust, which was very heavy whilst she was in Tel Aviv yesterday, not good to be sniffing and sneezing on your birthday.

We headed for Nivarna for our lunch, and spent a lovely few hours in each others company, the sun seemed to be in hiding though so we ate inside, Nirvana is usually quite busy but the weather was obviously keeping away the happy campers today, when lunch was finished the staff bought over a chocolate souffle with a sparkler in and sang happy birthday to Celia,

We walked back to the bus stop together via the cemetery, what a beautiful cemetery it was too, we just peeked in but another day I think I will take a real look around it was lovely.  I took the bus back up the hill and home, I collected some letters that were being translated and then arrived home just as My Beloved was driving up, how lovely home early, and so much happier than he has been for a while, his Energy is returning... no longer is he drained.

We showered and changed ready for an evening out with Celia, Buzz and the boys, then I took My Beloved on his first bus ride in Haifa, I can't say he was impressed but it got us from A to B or should I say Dukes, and there the carnage began, Celia and Buzz were in already, and two other guys who's names escape me, but I sure there was a Dave, there always is with those ATP guys, then Darren, Andre and Dragos arrived bringing with them a little surprise in the form of Maor from The Crowne Plazza, who had been led astray or maybe just led away from The Crowne, poor girl had been subjected to Jager bombs euck, no thank you, I will pass on those. The wine flowed, the conversation was only stunted when My Beloved's phone rang constantly throughout the evening, we haven't been out with the guys for a while and tonight the phone begins to ring off the hook, jeeezzz.

I have no idea what time we arrived home, or what time we went to bed, I do remember the journey home, which is always a boost, and I do remember I had a lovely evening, with lovely people, oh yeah and we also got speaking to a young couple, Talia I think her name was, his name escapes me as he was too far along the bar for my deaf ears to catch it, Talia has just arrived here from New York, to start a new life with her young man, I think we will probably bump into them again soon.
