A mystery tour on the No 3 today, just because I could, but it wasn't all mysterious having traveled part way down the mountain before. This time I was taken behind the huge Neve David cemetery at the base of the mountain, the cemetery is far bigger than I imagined having only ever seen it from the coast road, and it is beautifully laid out with gardens and paths.
The bus eventually dropped me at the bus stations where I walked under the train underpass to the beach, then a quick walk along the beach front to Nirvana where Celia was waiting.
We spent the day in the sun whilst the boys worked hard to keep us in the luxury we would love to become accustomed to....Shabbat has once again arrived so it was a taxi back up the mountain and time for a shower, My Beloved eventually arrived home around 6.30 and then spent a few more hours on the computer.
We walked around to the Crowne Plaza to see Sharbel who was as usual working three phones and juggling customers, Paulo arrived whilst we were there having just returned from the rig, and he spruced himself up ready for his evening meal before he was picked up for his return home to his beloved Italy and his family.
We left the Crowne around 10pm and walked home via the local store, one of the few open on Shabbat, then headed home, once again My Beloved was back at the computer, this really is becoming tiresome, and I watched a mishmash of episodes I had recorded on the TV.
Celia text to ask if we had felt the earthquake, as her chair had moved across the living room and Buzz had been woken from his sleep, Maor too had felt the shake according to her facebook, but we had felt nothing, the earth had moved and we missed it. We really must pay more attention to our surroundings.....
