The Eagle has landed

Wow what a rotten night, the wind was howling and the sleep was missing, I decided not to turn the TV on and just keep my eyes shut and my head down, hoping against hope that I would fall back into the land of dreams and fairytales, and not the land of nightmares and demons.  Nah that didn't work, and when I eventually rolled out of my bed, it was like I had never been in it.

Ok shower, hair, makeup, dressed, sprayed and out the door, time for a quick trolley dash around the local supermarket, two advent calenders purchased, half price I might add, it pays to delay.  Back into the car and I'm heading towards a rendezvous with my Beloved at Aberdeen Airport, I can think off more romantic venues, but hey he's been away six weeks, romance is not on my mind...........When he eventually emerged from Arrivals he was looking a touch jaded but still the most gorgeous sight I've seen, well since Buba anyway.  Snog, snog, kiss, kiss and off we toddle homeward bound.  This will be the last time we travel this route, well for work purposes anyway, because I know we will hit the shops numerous times before January, its the law.

My Beloved decided to take a shower when we got back to The House of Mather, having travelled through the night he needed to freshen up.  I decided to take this opportunity to powder my nose, imagine my horror when powdering in the downstairs powder room, undies insides out, there is no way wearing your gusset on the outsides is sexy.  But thankfully although insides out they were in the correct place, unlike on numerous occasions previously, I have discovered my thong to be insides out and one leg in the waist, and one in the leg hole, now that makes you limp when it chafes.

The little Princes collected, happy days, pressies unwrapped and whoops of joy abound.  My Beloved has now taken up his usual position, over the cooker making supper, yaaaaaaaaaaaah the first time I've eaten since he left, well at home anyway. The little Princes are computing, homeworking and generally doing kid like things, ah its home just as I like.  No.1 Prince asked 'Have you been watching celebrity', euk so guess that could be on the TV this evening.  Bugs don't bother me people do.

Plans, plans, plans, having sorted young Prince out for the Geordie weekend, yes she will be coming, don't ask!!! Arrangements have now been made for the Princes to get geled just before Christmas, they are going to be so glam.

Supper was lush as usual, dishes done, ahhh feet up with a brew, happy, happy days
